1.) Yes, I think they should be charged because they need to take responsibility for what they did.
2.) A misdemeanor is doing something minor wrong, and a felony is a more major breaking of the law.
3.) I think that bullying is a problem, I really do. But I think the "education" about bullying it a bit extreme. For example, the movie we watched a couple years ago about bullying was taken way to far. I think that kids now have enough decency and maturity to stop bullying if it is being done that badly to other kids.
