1.) It is different and separate rights. The police should not be allowed to "snoop" unless there is probable cause. I don't understand why everyone is so worried about "snooping" or having your phone "snooped" through unless there would be a reason to search?
2.) Yes, privacy is definitely a thing of the past now-a-days. We make our "private" and personal lives very public, also we can have our things looked at when there is supposedly a "probable cause."
3.) So they can play a video game, and there might be people hiding in plain sight.
4.) Call of Duty because there are racial slurs.

1.) No, the NSA should not be allowed to be in there snooping around unless there is a warrant or probable cause. Why would they want to serach unless there was a reason anyway? I feel like if they were looking "just because" they would find out information or private things that aren't meant for eveyeones eyes, or something that could get them in trouble.
2.) Tech companies would be against it because there is probably codes and secret information that they don't want to risk people finding out.

I saw that Nelson Mandela passed away on the news yesterday, and I didn't even know who he was. After reading this article, he has done some major monumental things. He won a nobel prize for all the things he had accomplished. Such as, being the first blak president in South Africa, he vowed to seek peace with South Africa's whites, guided South Africa to a new democratic government guarnteeing equal rights to all citizens, one of the world's most recognizable statesmen of the 20th century, and a hero of South African democracy.

1.) I don't think it would have had a similar outcome in the US because the case would not have been taken that far. I don't think our court system would even listen to the fathers side for any other reason than humor.
2.) I think that this father is selfish and mean for suing the mother of his child just because he thought the baby was too ugly. He should have known about the surgery, I'll give him that, but he should love them for more than just their looks.
