1.)  It is different and separate rights. The police should not be allowed to "snoop" unless there is probable cause. I don't understand why everyone is so worried about "snooping" or having your phone "snooped" through unless there would be a reason to search?
2.) Yes, privacy is definitely a thing of the past now-a-days. We make our "private" and personal lives very public, also we can have our things looked at when there is supposedly a "probable cause."

3.) So they can play a video game, and there might be people hiding in plain sight.
4.) Call of Duty because there are racial slurs.
