Collin & Shawn vs. Amber & Andrea.

Pro: They should be allowed to go through your phones to bust people on drug deals, inappropriate pictures, underage drinking, child abuse, or plans of crime.

Con: They should not be allowed to search through your phone because it is an invasion of privacy. Some searching for probable cause is okay, but not searching for no reason.

Crossfire: Whether there is no probable cause or not, searching can stop many other things other than just the obvious. With allowing searches at any time, they can find out much more and prevent more. Because with people knowing that their phone can only be searched for probable cause, they will use code words and dance around what is really about to happen.

Pro Rebuttal: There is no reason for them to search your personal things, so why should they be allowed? You things could get in the wrong hands and make things difficult for you.

Con Rebuttal: They aren't searching for things to ruin your life, they are looking to stop and solve crimes or possible crimes. That's all.

Pro Closing: Your things and personal items should not be searched unless there is a reason. Period.

Con Closing: If you have nothing to hide then having your things searched should not be a problem. It can stop bad things from happening before they do.
