1.) a.) To try and help prevent violence.
     b.) Help kids who might consider suicide.
     c.) To control drug use.
2.) No, it is not an invasion of privacy. It is just somone to monitor what kids post on  PUBLIC social networking.
3.) It wouldn't really affect me because if people want to get offended, or angry they shouldn't be posting anything that would make them feel like that. It's not hard, just think about what you are about to post before you actually do it.
