1.) I do not think this is an invasion of privacy because if you don't want your information and personal life to be looked into, you should not have put it on facebook.
2.) I don't know, I have not read the terms and conditions of facebook.
3.) I don't consider this a violation of the 4th amendment because you put it out there, you made it visible for anyone on the internet.
